Returns & Exchanges
We’re confident you and your dog will be pleased with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, we are happy to exchange / return full-price unworn and unwashed merchandise within 14 days of date of delivery. All items bought in the context of a sale are eligible to return for store credit. Vintage merchandise, antlers and all sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs plus a $7 re-stocking fee. Please allow 2-5 days for your return to be processed. Billy Wolf holds the right to deny a refund if merchandise does not fulfill return policy requirements.

Send email to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line 'RETURN' or 'EXCHANGE' followed by your ORDER NUMBER. Please also describe in the email the situation of why you wish to return or exchange your item(s).
Once we receive the request we will respond by sending further details to process it.
